Acting Up
Acting Up is an adult theatre group running on Tuesdays from 7.00 until 8.30 pm at the Burley Lodge Centre. The group has been writing, rehearsing and performing theatre for 5 years and involves exciting collaborative activities, drawing on the wide range of talents of its members.

Green Cat
Members of Acting Up also form another community based theatre company called Green Cat. Their work includes 2009 performances of "The man who thought he was Dickens" and "Shakespeare and Saddam" an autubiographical recital of one group members experiences of becoming an actor in Iraq.
