New Projects and Advice For Small Groups
The Volunteer Project Worker at the Burley Lodge Centre can help you to set up a new project or group in the area, or if you are already involved in a project or group and are looking for advice there are a number of services available.
- Help in getting your idea off the ground.
- Helping volunteers to develop and access training.
- Recruiting new volunteers for projects.
- Help with policy writing.
- Help with fundraisng and fundraising strategies.
- Help forming roles and writing a constitution.
- Promotion and publicity for groups and events.
- Help with monitoring and evaluating projects.
- The chance to meet and work with new people
- The opportunity to get involved in wider groups, projects and events.
