Burley Lodge Theatre and Cabaret Tent
Burley Lodge Theatre and Cabaret Tent was another great success at this year’s Unity Day – almost a mini festival in itself! There was a grand total of TWELVE performances, all of them fantastically received by a tent that remained busy throughout the day.
On top of that, Surefire Circus and Happy Slap Make-up Boutique added colour to the festivities by providing a hubbub of activity around the tent itself. Hula hoopers and volunteers dressed as animals completed the carnival-esque atmosphere. Roll on next year!
Aside from the massive efforts of the volunteers and performers, we would also like to thank LS6Removals, Highlight Comedy Club, Onion Audio and Pandemonium Theatre Collective for their equipment and support throughout the project!
