Room Hire
The recently refurbished Burley Lodge Centre, 2 miles from the city centre, has a range of rooms to hire from our large community room to small interview rooms for one to one sessions, we can facilitate meetings, exhibitions, training sessions, conferences and more.
Our rooms are hired by a variety of groups and have been used for public meetings, parties, arts groups, meditation, acupuncture, counselling and much more!
We have a pleasant reception waiting area which is fully staffed from 9am – 9pm Monday - Friday and requests can be taken to book outside of these hours.

How would you like your room?
Rooms can be requested in a variety on styles as demonstrated by the gallery’s in the information about the individual rooms. If you require a room set up in a particular way just quote the style on your room booking form or if none of them are suitable just tell us how you’d like it!

In addition we can also provide a range of fairly traded refreshments at just 50p a cup.
We also have a large basement with secure storage space available for hire.
Creche
We also have a creche facility which can be booked alongside your room. The room has a capacity for 6 children and you have the option of booking the room with or without workers. We can provide qualified crèche workers along with the hire of the room, which facilitates groups for parents being able to hire rooms at the centre without hassle. Kitchen
Our fully equipped and halal catering kitchen, has a double oven, fridge, washing machine, double sink and plenty of preparation space. This has a serving hatch ajoining the community room which is ideal for parties or public functions. The kitchen costs £10 per hour.

We charge different rates for voluntary groups and external groups, and consider Voluntary Sector Rate as any registered charity or organisation with no paid workers and External Rate as any organisation with paid workers which is not a registered charity.
